Terms of Membership

  1. If membership dues are not paid in full at time of enrollment, dues are paid by automatic withdrawal from a designated account.
     
  2. Payments are due on the agreed upon dates.
     
  3. All services are prepaid.
     
  4. Massage Now! has the right to deny any member services because of unpaid membership dues.
     
  5. Inappropriate behavior by clients or therapists will not be tolerated at any time or in any manner. We ask that members who feel that they have been treated in an inappropriate manner to immediately notify the manager.
     
  6. All members are to be given a copy of the contract after it is signed.
     
  7. Massage Now! reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
     
  8. Members will be required to provide a form of valid identification at the time of enrollment.
     
  9. Memberships can be shared with other family members and partners who are listed on the membership agreement.

 

Disclaimer of liability:

Massage Now! contracts only professional massage therapists who fully comply with all local city and state licensing regulations.  It is the member's/client's responsibility to inform the massage therapists of any pre-existing conditions, physical limitations and/or sensitivities.  It is also the member's responsibility to inform the therapists at any time during the massage if they are experiencing any level of discomfort to adjust in the level of pressure being applied.
